Iran releases currency exchange rates for August 14


BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. The Central Bank
of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign
currencies on August 14, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank’s currency exchange rate, 45 currency
prices saw an increase, while one currency price took a dip
compared to August 13.

As for CBI, $1 equals 405,314 Iranian rials and one euro –
443,941 rials, while on August 13, one euro was 440,446 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices,
where one euro costs 537,288 rials and $1 costs 490,539 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money
earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 492,925 rials,
and the price of $1 was 450,036 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 594,000-597,000 rials,
while one euro is about 653,000–656,000 rials.
