Are teams really interested in trading for star Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown? The Georgia native is one of the top 20 or so players in the NBA, so there should be no reason that they would not want to have him on their roster, save for the cap concerns created by the second apron of the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
But they also have to think there is at least a chance they might be able to pry him away from the Celtics to let their interest in Brown slip to the league’s news breakers, and we have recently heard from ESPN’s Shams Charania that there is indeed interest in trading for the Cal alum.
