Agreement brings delayed and real-time OTC Link pricing to CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited’s Hong Kong clients through its trading platforms
NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of regulated markets for trading 12,000 U.S. and international securities, today announced a market data licensing agreement with CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited, a subsidiary of CITIC Securities International, the international arm of CITIC Securities.
Under the agreement, CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited will distribute OTC Markets pricing data to clients through its browser-based trading platform and mobile application. Delayed Level 1 quote data from OTC Link ATS, OTC Markets’ primary trading venue for US OTC equity securities, will be available on a 15-minute delayed basis from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time as a baseline offering to CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK)’s broader client base. Real-time Level 1 data will be available to premium subscribers, giving those clients direct visibility into live U.S. quote and trade activity.
The agreement extends OTC Markets pricing data to CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited’s retail client base across Hong Kong, connecting investors with data on more than 12,000 securities quoted across OTC Markets’ OTCQX, OTCQB, OTCID and Pink Limited markets, including international companies from Euronext, LSE, TSE, ASX and other exchanges that are cross-traded in the U.S.
“Investors in Hong Kong are asking for more visibility into their U.S.-traded interests,” said Matt Fuchs, EVP, Head of Market Data at OTC Markets Group. “This agreement gives CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK)’s clients access to key quote data on more than 12K global names traded in USD.”
“Access to reliable U.S. market data is part of how we serve clients who invest globally,” said Alan Fan, Chief Operating Officer of CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited. “This agreement strengthens that offering across our key trading platforms.”
The agreement reflects the growing demand for OTC Markets’ data capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. In May, JP Chan was appointed Senior Vice President and Regional Head, Asia-Pacific, to lead the company’s growth across the region from Hong Kong.
International companies represent more than 90% of total dollar volume traded on OTC Markets, and demand for that data among investors outside the U.S. continues to grow.
