Prices for the C-Class will be increased by Rs 90,000 from June 1, 2025.
Mercedes-Benz has announced a price hike across its model range. It will be in two phases, starting June 1 and then from September 1, 2025.
The price correction will range from Rs 90,000 for a C-Class to Rs 12.2 lakh for the Mercedes-Maybach S 680. In the second phase, prices will be increased by 1.5%.
According to Mercedes-Benz, prices are being hiked due to a steep increase in the Forex rate. Over the last 4 months, the Forex rate has gone up by 10%, affecting the price of components and CBU products. While the company absorbs the bulk of the price hike, only a marginal portion is passed on to the market.
The two-phase price hike is expected to minimize the cost impact on customers.
