East Hempfield Township Police said the suspect stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register at the store, located on the 3500 block of Columbia Avenue.
LANCASTER, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County are investigating a suspected robbery at a Dollar General store.
It occurred Sunday, July 13 at 9:50 p.m. on the 3500 block of Columbia Avenue, according to East Hempfield Township Police.
Authorities said an unidentified suspect wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, a black mask, latex gloves and dark sweatpants entered the store and demanded money from an employee at the register.
When the employee opened the register, police said the suspect grabbed an undetermined amount of cash and fled from the store on foot, heading west on Columbia Avenue.
