The fund will use both top-down and bottom-up approaches. It will focus on sectors and stocks in the growth phase while maintaining diversification across market caps, sectors, and industries.
Aditya Khemani and Amit Ganatra will manage the fund, which will be benchmarked to Nifty 500 TRI.
Aditya Khemani, Fund Manager, Invesco Mutual Fund, said, “Every business cycle presents an opportunity. Macro trends like GDP growth, inflation, and credit cycles influence sectors and stocks. We also consider a company’s lifecycle to identify high-potential opportunities.”
Amit Ganatra, Head of Equities & Fund Manager, added, “Economic and market cycles alone do not define investment opportunities. We prefer companies in their startup and growth phases, focusing on pro-cyclical companies (~70%) while maintaining some exposure to counter-cyclical companies (~30%).”
The minimum investment during the NFO is ₹1,000, with additional investments in multiples of ₹1.
SIP investments start at ₹500. The fund has an exit load of 0.50% for units redeemed or switched within three months of allotment, with no exit load after that period.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) will close on February 20, 2025.
