JioBlackRock MF launches mutual fund access on MyJio app

JioBlackRock Mutual Fund has announced the launch of mutual fund access through the MyJio app. The company made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), calling it “a new era of investing.”

Users can create an account and invest in JioBlackRock’s schemes by selecting the “Invest” option under the finance section on the app.

This development follows the recent launch of JioBlackRock’s first set of mutual fund offerings. The fund house introduced three open-ended debt schemes:

  • JioBlackRock Liquid Fund
  • JioBlackRock Money Market Fund
  • JioBlackRock Overnight Fund

The new fund offer (NFO) for these schemes opened for subscription on June 30, 2025, and closed on July 2, 2025.

The Liquid Fund is aimed at short-term investors and invests in debt and money market instruments with a maturity of up to 91 days. It carries a graded exit load, starting at 0.0070% on Day 1, and reducing to zero by Day 7.

The Money Market Fund targets instruments with up to one-year maturity and comes with no exit load. It is designed for investors seeking to park funds for slightly longer periods.

The Overnight Fund invests in instruments with daily maturity, offering low interest rate risk and high liquidity. It also has no exit load.

The minimum investment amount for each scheme is ₹500.

JioBlackRock Asset Management is a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Financial Services and global investment firm BlackRock. The fund house had earlier launched its website and early access registration, aiming to offer a digital-first investing experience.
