The Wealth Company MF introduces new fund offer on ONDC platform

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund, part of the Pantomath Group, has announced the launch of its New Fund Offer (NFO) on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), in partnership with Cybrilla Technologies.

The fund house said this step marks the beginning of mutual fund distribution through ONDC’s open digital infrastructure, starting September 24.

The initiative, it noted, is expected to make investment products more accessible to investors in smaller towns and semi-urban markets, where conventional distribution channels remain limited.

“The integration with the ONDC Network is a breakthrough moment. By launching NFOs on this platform, we are making access easier for investors across the country, particularly those in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities,” said Madhu Lunawat, Founder, MD & CEO of The Wealth Company Mutual Fund.

ONDC welcomed the launch, stating that it demonstrates how the network can facilitate discovery and access to financial products.

Vibhor Jain, Acting CEO and COO at ONDC, said, “By enabling distribution through new channels, ONDC is broadening investor engagement and helping bring investment opportunities to underserved markets.”

ONDC has been gradually building a footprint in financial services. According to data shared by the company, over 2,800 mutual fund transactions worth around ₹1.1 crore were processed on the network in August 2025, with more than 15 distributors active.

The Wealth Company, which received SEBI approval in July 2025 to operate as an AMC, currently manages about ₹10,000 crore in client assets under various investment products. Along with mutual funds, it also oversees multiple Category II AIFs, including the India Inflection Opportunity Fund, Bharat Value Fund, and Bharat Bhoomi Fund.
