Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the added 1.44%.
The best performers of the session on the were Genmab (CSE:), which rose 3.78% or 78.00 points to trade at 2,143.00 at the close. Meanwhile, DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) added 3.34% or 35.50 points to end at 1,098.00 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was up 2.17% or 2.02 points to 95.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:), which fell 1.66% or 9.20 points to trade at 545.80 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) declined 1.52% or 5.50 points to end at 357.40 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:) was down 0.32% or 1.40 points to 441.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 72 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.90% or 0.62 to $69.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.91% or 0.67 to hit $73.91 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 3.85 to trade at $1,997.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.04% to 6.91, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 103.46.
