Our main takeaway is that all four are interesting for very different reasons.
AVAV currently has the cleanest rebound setup if buyers can prove themselves above the key reclaim zone.
VLO has the strongest trend of the group, but it is already extended, so chasing it blindly would be risky.
CPRT is more of a recovery story. It needs to repair the recent selling damage before becoming attractive as a trade.
ORCL is probably the most fascinating. The earnings were strong, but the stock reaction was weak. For now, we would rather see it reclaim important levels before considering it.
For us, the lesson is simple:
A good company or good earnings report is not enough. The trade still needs confirmation from price action.
